Mr. Suresh Chandapeta and Mr. B. Dayaker Reddy are NRI promoters of this company as directors and have decided to develop this company to be fore front of building and developing companies of the city of Hyderabad. Sunrise Homes Ltd. has a strategy that involves developing projects targeting the Higher Middle Classes and NRI families relocating or planning to relocate from USA as our customers. Promoters Background

Mr. Suresh Chandapeta

He is an NRI and joined the Sunrise Homes Ltd . company as the Chairman & CEO. He completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineer from JNTU (India) and MS in Mechanical Engineer from UNIV of Utah, USA. He worked at Intel Corporation in USA from 1985 to 2001. His experience in this company was very wide, ranging from Technical Engineering, Technical Marketing and to the various management positions across different departments in this world's No.1 semiconductor company.

Mr. B. Dayaker Reddy

Dayaker Reddy, who joined Sunrise Homes in 2004 as one of the directors, is also a NRI. He has completed his civil engineering in Osmania University and his MS in computer systems engineering in California. Dayaker Reddy has worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Lockheed Martin, Wells Fargo and Vertis Inc. He was previously the Vice President of Avalon Services and the Director of Web Solutions which are both software consulting companies. He is also the founder and owner of Mayuri Indian Restaurant, one of the most popular Indian restaurants located in Dallas and Houston Texas.

Mr. Suresh Challa

He is also an NRI and joined the Sun Rise Homes Ltd . as a Director. He graduated B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU (India) and MS in Industrial Engineering from Texas University, USA. After graduation he worked as Industrial Engineering in US National Semiconductor Company. Later he joined as Director in Asian Coffee and was in-charge of finance and operations departments. In year 1994 he joined as a director in Ostmodern (Software Development Company in USA) and successfully brought this company to public issue in USA. In 1997 he started another software development company in USA and worked as a MD of this company till year 2001 before it got successfully merged with another medical software development company. He is currently serving as a Director of Fortune Biotech Company in Hyderabad and he is in charge of overseas operations of this company.

Mr. Raghu Pareddy

Raghu Pareddy joined Sunrise Homes in 2007 as one of the directors, is also a NRI. He has completed his BE-Computer Science at University of Mysore and MS in Computer Science at Oregon State University, USA. Raghu has worked as Principal Engineer at Saber/Tavelocity.com and Santhara Systems (acquired by Tekelec). He is currently working as Director at Verizon Communication. He is also founding member of TechCentric and globester.com, software development and travel solutions companies.
